TAKE A STEP FORWARD
INTRODUCTION
When we take a step or act in faith, it means having the courage to obey and move forwardin accordance with God’s guidance, even though the future and the final outcome are notyet clear.

The basis for taking steps in faith:- No reckless act Walking by faith is based on God’s promises and His voice, not merely on wishful thinking or speculation.
- Biblical basis Referring to Hebrews 11:1: "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
- The lifestyle of a righteous person Romans 1:17 states that “the righteous will live by faith”; this means that faith is necessary at all times and in all situations, both in good times and bad times.
Examples of figures from the Bible:
- Abraham: He was called from his native land to a place he did not yet know, but he continued to obey, because he believed in the God who had given the promise (Genesis 12:1-2).
- Peter: He dared to step out of the boat and walk on the water when Jesus called him, trusting in His word rather than in logic when seeing the waves (Matthew 14:26-29).
How do you activate and maintain your faith:
- Hearing God's Word Faith comes by hearing the Word of Christ (Romans 10:17). Therefore, it is important to filter out all weakening information and voices from the world.
- Tell the truth Meditate on and proclaim God's promises every day, for words have power (Joshua 1:8).
- Trust in His presence Do realize that God holds the future in His hands and guides us through every valley of darkness we pass through (Psalm 84:5-8).
CONCLUSION
Take the steps, the Lord Jesus is with you. Immanuel
