Let us pay attention to the Word of God from Mark 16:14-20:

1. Rebuke unbelief (Mark 16:14)

Jesus rebuked the disciples for their hardheartedness and their unbelief regarding the testimonies of the resurrection.

  • This is a reminder for us not to doubt God's power.

2. The Great Commission (Mark 16:15-16)

The commission to go into the whole world and preach the gospel is an absolute responsibility for every believer.

  • Faith and baptism are the keys to salvation, not only rituals.

3. Signs of presence (Mark 16:17-18)

Believers were led by miraculous signs: the casting out of demons, speaking in new tongues, and God's protection against danger.

  • This confirms God's power in the ministry.

4. Enduring task (Mark 16:19-20)

After His ascension, Jesus did not leave the disciples alone; He worked with them and strengthened the proclamation of the Word with miracles.
