LOYALTY = OBEDIENCE
INTRODUCTION
It is not easy to remain faithful. Many things can distract us from our loyalty, including our loyalty to God (Luke 16:10-15).
Many great things begin with small things, and that also applies to faithfulness. If we can be faithful in small things, God will surely entrust greater things to us.
CONTENT
The following verses reveal 3 truths, namely:
1. Being faithful in small things (Luke 16:10).
Someone who performs small tasks thoroughly is the best proof of his ability to handle large tasks.
Do everything with all your heart, even if it is something small (Colossians 3:23).
The promotion comes from GOD, just like David had experienced.
Be faithful in Worshipping and the Ministry.
2. Be faithful in material things or possessions (Luke 16:11-12).
Then we will also be faithful in spiritual things or true wealth, namely heavenly wealth.
Spiritual growth is largely determined by the attitude of the heart towards the material things that God has entrusted to someone.
3. Being faithful in matters concerning the attitude of the heart (Luke 16:13-15).
Our loyalty is determined by the attitude of our heart, which is directed solely towards God.
No servant can serve two masters, and if we follow the Lord Jesus, we must do so with all our heart.
CONCLUSION
Above all, be faithful to the LORD, who has given us His Church, so that we may grow and bear fruit.
