Het Concept van The Ladder of Success

Central to our learning program is the so-called "The Ladder Of Success" (LoS). The Ladder Of Success is the way to spiritual growth for every Christian believer in a church that follows the G12 concept. For more on G12 please read the section "G12 Concept".

Through the Ladder of Success, a person who is won for Christ and accepted Him as Lord and Personal Saviour, will receive guidance from the very beginning (Consolidate). They are educated, trained and equipped so they will become
successful ministers in their calling.

The process of spiritual growth within LOS consists the following stages:

• WIN
• CONSOLIDATE
• DISCIPLE
• SEND

In the Ladder of Success (LoS), every believer needs to go through this "arena of growth" in order to be well prepared for his or her ministry.
