Year 2010 is a year of Restoration and Abundance! And this goes on in 2011, 2012 and so on! If you believe this, proclaim it out loud!," says pastor Niko Njotorahardjo. He continues, "Everything is possible for those who believe!". With those statements the 15th anniversary celebration of Full Gospel Mission Church (FMC) gathers steam at Kurhaus Hotel in Scheveningen.

"The Lord Jesus will pour out His Spirit upon the Netherlands!," thus says pastor Niko. His statement is based on the verses from Joel 2:30-31. The mood of the audience is upbeat, enthusiastic and on fire. People are chanting, cheering, clapping their hands, the walls of the ballroom are shaking.

All workers of FMC and visitors are enchanted by the glimmer and glitter of Kurhaus. Everyone is in full excitement. The extremely luxurious interior and warm ambiance together with the excellent service rendered by the hotel staff add an extra dimension to this already fabulous anniversary celebration. The gorgeous chandeliers, shining marble walls and floors are like an image of the Heavenly Jerusalem where the saints go marching in...

The entire right wing of Kurhaus hotel is reserved for FMC. The actual celebration ceremony takes place at the main ballroom, the so-called "Jakob Pronkzaal". A lounge is reserved for FMC workers who can follow the service there, while a separate saloon serves as Sunday School for the kids. Honored guests are hosted at a lounge called "Lou Brandyzaal".

Just a little past four pm on Sunday 21 November 2010 comes the start of the long awaited celebration! While a clock beamed on a big screen is counting down, the flocks are still pouring into the ballroom. It is brother James Goei who kicks off the start of the anniversary celebration.

With thousand spectators the atmosphere is almost electrifying! Apart from singing, praise and worship, and thanksgiving to the Lord, our senior pastor Victor Faraknimella also explains the vision on 2011. This year is proclaimed as the "Year Of Expansion".

There is also video presentation shown on big screens about pastor Niko's ministry and mission. It is an awesome account on how God is doing His great work in Indonesia. Says pastor Niko Njotoharadjo, "The great trembling has begun," referring to those verses from Joel 2:30-31. By this he makes a link with the recent natural disasters in Indonesia and the execution of God's plan that is taking place.

Following on the sharing there is time for the cutting of the terrific birthday cake of FMC. The video presentation "Kaleidoscope" shows in brief the history of the Full Gospel Mission Church in the past fifteen years. A great number of dancers perform a modern dance as a praise to the Lord.

It is the most unprecedented and extravagant anniversary celebration for FMC thus far. All workers are dressed up smartly in their evening dresses who are recognizable by a sweet red rose attached to their attire. All in all together with the top location Kurhaus hotel, and the presence of pastor Niko and his whole team they have made this day to be a big winner! A day that is really fantastic and not easy to forget. Needless to say that it tastes for more!
